Montrel strengthens its commitment to young talent as an essential strategic line to support the company’s growth in the coming years. Through agreements with universities and educational centers, the company connects training with real projects to incorporate junior profiles, accelerate their learning, and ensure a stable talent pipeline with a 4- to 6-year outlook.

The initiative takes shape in internship programs and training agreements that allow students to integrate into technical and multidisciplinary teams, contributing new perspectives and emerging skills from the outset.

Currently, Montrel maintains active collaborations with numerous educational centers and universities in different areas. Some examples include: IES Nervión (Systems); IES Virgen de los Reyes, IES Politécnico and CEU (Manufacturing); University of Seville – Higher Technical School of Engineering (ETSI) (Engineering); and Pablo de Olavide University (People).
