The program, currently in the design phase, will be rolled out over the next two financial years and will reach all levels of the organization, with the objective of supporting the professional growth of the workforce and reinforcing coherence between daily activity, strategic priorities, and the evolution of the markets and countries in which Montrel operates.
The 2026/2027 Training Plan is structured around several key pillars. On the one hand, training in the guidelines of Montrel’s Strategic Plan, to ensure that teams understand and consistently apply corporate objectives. On the other, training in new products, services, and sectors, aimed at anticipating technological, regulatory, and market changes, strengthening the company’s competitive positioning.
The initiative will combine practical training — from fundamentals to area-specific use cases — with the progressive deployment of tools and methodologies that allow teams to rely on AI in their day-to-day work.
This is complemented by a specific block dedicated to the development of management and leadership skills, especially relevant in a context of company growth and internal evolution of many professionals who are assuming greater responsibilities and an increasing role in management and in supporting decision-making.
In addition, the Training Plan will drive a pioneering project so that each technician has Artificial Intelligence capabilities integrated into their workstation. The initiative will combine practical training — from fundamentals to area-specific use cases — with the progressive deployment of tools and methodologies that allow teams to rely on AI in their day-to-day work: accelerating tasks, standardizing quality, reducing cycle times, and improving robustness in decision-making. The objective is to turn AI into an operational “co-pilot” that multiplies productivity and frees capacity for higher value-added activities.
This action responds to a medium- and long-term vision in which continuous training is conceived as a structural pillar of the business model. “Our differentiating factor is Montrel’s talent: that is why we promote a culture of continuous learning and growth, so that technical excellence is our standard — difficult to replicate — and so we can anticipate market changes with agility,” states Francisco Blanco, Director of Organization and People.
With this plan, Montrel does not just adapt: it prepares to lead.
