This system revolutionizes safety and traceability at loading terminals through an innovative electronic identification mechanism. Each vehicle compartment is equipped with a TAG device that communicates with the loading bay equipment via the connection arm. This process automatically verifies that the correct product is loaded into the designated compartment, eliminating human errors in manual assignments.

Additionally, SIMAC-ICOMPP integrates automated purge control, requiring the cleaning of all compartments before initiating a new load. This prevents residual mixing of incompatible products and reinforces quality assurance protocols, which are especially critical in the fuel logistics chain.

The system also electronically records loading data in each TAG, enabling subsequent reading and download at service stations. This digital traceability strengthens both operational and documentary control throughout the distribution network.
