In partnership with Moeve, Montrel developed the SIMAC-TGD system, an intelligent terminal for automated fuel unloading management, a pioneering solution in Spain. This high-performance system fully automates unloading operations at service stations and storage facilities, improving efficiency, safety, and traceability.

Through an intuitive touchscreen interface, the system guides drivers during unloading, eliminating the need for station staff intervention. This unattended unloading approach reduces the risk of human error and minimizes operator exposure to fuel, thereby enhancing operational safety.

The SIMAC-TGD terminal provides centralized electronic monitoring of all stages of the process—from automatic waybill reception to seal verification and real-time remote supervision from a control center. This ensures thorough and controlled management of each operation.

A key feature of the system is the integration of TAG technology, a small encapsulated device developed by Montrel that uniquely identifies the products loaded in each tanker compartment. This function prevents incorrect fuel unloading, ensuring compatibility with the station’s storage tanks.
