In Montrel we have accumulated more than 25 years of experience in the automation and control of the LNG loading process in tanks and ISO containers. Since 1999, we have been active in this field, installing loading systems at the ENAGAS plant in Cartagena and participating in the modernization of Spain’s main LNG infrastructures.

Throughout this time, we have developed and implemented solutions that integrate the physical and administrative management of the process, allowing operators to control the entire loading cycle in an automatic, secure and traceable manner.

Engineering and Installations
Basic and detailed engineering, as well as electrical and instrumentation, automation, and control installations, with technical documentation in compliance with ATEX, IEC, UNE, and REBT standards.

Automation of the loading process
Complete control of the process using scales, PLCs and ATEX terminals, from the entrance to the exit of the plant. The system guides the driver through an automated sequence of operations, with identification of the vehicle by number plate reading and of the driver by HID proximity card.

Supervision and control of events
Detection, registration and automatic treatment of alarms and events associated with the loading process, guaranteeing the security of the operation.

Control of users and permissions
Advanced configuration of users, groupings and profiles, with local or remote management from central offices or plants.

Integration with plant systems
Connection with the main DCS, chromatographs, quality systems, corporate networks and official bodies. Export and import of operational data, orders or reports.

Calculation of magnitudes and product quality
Application of proprietary algorithms for the calculation of operational parameters and automatic updating of LNG quality during loading.

Document management and digital signature
Manual or automatic generation of consignment notes (conventional or digital), capture of the driver’s signature and integration in the final documentation. The entire process is traced in real time.
